Yogyakarta, June 2026 – PT Miconos, as a member of the laboratory equipment and healthcare industry, fully supports advances in research and education by participating in the National Seminar on Tropical Biology (SNBT) in Conjunction with International Conference on Nusantara Spices and Biodiversity (ICNSB) Fakultas Biologi Universitas Gadjah Mada Tahun 2026 dengan tema “Reviving the Glory of Nusantara Spices through Biodiversity Research and Sustainable Innovation” yang akan dilaksanakan pada Rabu, 1 Juli 2026 lalu.
On that occasion, Ahmad Bayu Nugraha Mukti, Director of PT Miconos, expressed his full support for the seminar. “Congratulations on the successful hosting of the national seminar and international conference,” he said.
PT Miconos will serve as a collaborative partner to further support progress in the fields of research and education, as has been the case in the past.
This seminar was attended by faculty members, laboratory assistants, and representatives from various organizations in the fields of medicine and pharmacy, agriculture, biotechnology, genetic engineering, and other related fields. It was held at the Tropical Biology Auditorium, Faculty of Biology, Gadjah Mada University. Four speakers were featured at this seminar, including Dr. Roderick W. Bouman, Prof. Chiharu Nakashima, Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Yaya Rukayadi, Ph.D., and Prof. Dr. Budi Setiadi Daryono, S.Si., M.Agr.Sc.
Through this event, it is hoped that PT Miconos and the Faculty of Biology at Gadjah Mada University can continue to collaborate to advance research and education in Indonesia. ***
