Perkembangan teknologi pencahayaan mikroskop juga berkembang dengan tahapan-tahapan<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\u00a0menggunakan cahaya melalui cermin<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0menggunakan lampu halogen AC 220V \/ 110V<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0menggunakan lampu halogen AC maupun DC 6V<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0menggunakan lampu LED<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mikroskop yang menggunakan lampu halogen umumnya menggunakan sebuah filter\u00a0<b>LBD<\/b>\u00a0(light-balancing daylight) yaitu filter kaca yang berwarna kebiruan. Fungsi dari filter ini adalah mengubah warna cahaya dari lampu halogen menjadi warna putih. Beberapa mikroskop yang diproduksi pada tahun 2010 ke atas sudah mulai menggunakan teknologi LED sehingga filter tersebut tidak diperlukan lagi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-165 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/miconos.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/LBD-filter.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kelebihan menggunakan lampu LED dibanding menggunakan halogen adalah sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Lampu LED lebih awet masa pakainya, dengan catatan harus dengan sistem pendingin dan kontrol yang benar<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Menggunakan kelistrikan DC, mikroskop yang menggunakan listrik AC biasanya flicr membuat mata tidak nyaman dan jika disambungkan kamera mikroskop terdapat garis garis<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Lebih hemat energi, mikroskop halogen membutuhkan 20 Watt sedangkan LED hanya membutuhkan 1 Watt atau kurang. bahkan mikroskop dengan LED dapat juga diberi batre cadangan sehingga tetap dapat digunakan ketika listrik mati<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cahaya lampu LED tidak panas seperti lampu Halogen<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cahaya lampu LED stabil warna putihnya tidak seperti halogen yang menjadi merah ketika diredupkan meskipun sudah menggunakan filter LBD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-166 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/miconos.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ledvshalogen-e1412015823414.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"225\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-167 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/miconos.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/LED-Halogen.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"208\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Mikroskop dengan lampu halogen yang masih nyaman digunakan kami sarankan tidak perlu diganti ke LED<\/b>\u00a0apalagi untuk mikroskop dengan merek yang bagus seperti Olympus, Nikon dll mereka sudah mendesain pencahayaan yang sesuai dengan standard. Biasanya penggantikan lampu ke LED diperlukan jika:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Mikroskop lama, sudah tidak tersedia sparepart lampu ataupun kelistrikan<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Lampu bawaan mikroskop flikr atau kedip<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Lampu bawaan mikroskop tidak bisa terang atau warnanya terlalu kuning\/merah<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Filter biru LBD sudah hilang dan tidak dapat ditemukan penggantinya<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Untuk kenyamanan penggunaan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kali ini kita akan membahas\u00a0<b>cara mengganti lampu mikroskop lama dari halogen menjadi LED<\/b>\u00a0yang lebih modern. Untuk dapat mengganti lampu mikroskop menjadi halogen kita perlu memperhatikan hal hal berikut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Memastikan warna lampu LED yang digunakan, gunakanlah LED yang berwarna putih daylight, atau netral white. jangan menggunakan LED yang warnanya kebiruan.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Memastikan daya lampu LED yang digunakan, jangan menggunakan lampu LED pada daya maksimalnya secara terus menerus. misalnya jika kita membutuhkan daya 1 Watt secara kontinyu artinya kita harus menggunakan chip LED setidaknya 2 Watt<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Menggunakan kontroller LED yang tegangannya bagus, jangan menggunakan pengatur mode PWM karena akan kedip\/flikr<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Memastikan pendingin yang cukup supaya lampu awet<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Setting power minimum dan maksimumnya.
