Sleman, June 18, 2026 – In an effort to improve efficiency and optimize work processes, PT Miconos' Production Division is holding a training themed “Effectiveness in the Implementation of Production Time” on Thursday, June 18, 2026. This activity featured competent speakers from PT Khal Form Mardliya as well as lecturers from the Bandung Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman) Bandung.
The training took place interactively with a two-way discussion approach, emphasizing brainstorming sessions. All participants were encouraged to actively share their experiences and field challenges, and to collectively seek solutions related to the effective implementation of production time in the production work environment.
In the presentation session, the speakers emphasized the importance of measurable production time planning, balanced workload management, and consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Furthermore, participants also gained insight into strategies for increasing productivity without compromising the quality of production results.
